NaturalOrigins Trainings in Spain

Asociación Dalhena from Spain held the national trainings on the 18th of June 2024 at IES Cartuja Calle Julio Moreno Dávila, 18 in Granada, Spain with the participation of 25 young people. The young participants having a migrant backgorund all currently live in Spain and are between 18 and 22 years old. The main objectives were to foster entrepreneurship skills among young people and introduce the tools and resources of the Natural Origins project to promote entrepreneurial opportunities.

Throughout the trainings, the young attendees learned about the Natural Origins project, accessed the online learning space and took one or two courses. They also gained skills and competencies to start a business.
The trainer taught them success stories of migrants who started a business trading natural products.

At the end of the trainings, the students, in pairs, thought of a business idea within the natural products sector, according to two conditions that each pair chose and filled out a form to reflect on the steps to follow. The young participants were expected to expand their knowledge, skills and competencies in the natural product entrepreneurship sector.
